I’ve spent much of the last 10 years navigating this field mostly on my own, and tonight was a reminder of how important community is, and how much cyberspace benefits when people with different perspectives are part of the conversation.

The content is nothing new in terms of the importance of mentorship, support, inclusion, and uplifting voices. The piece I found particularly unique and I especially appreciated was the nuance and undercurrent of what these elements look like over different stages of a career and growth—and these concepts are not limited to Cybersecurity.
